Term and condition :
Kilometer and Time Calculation:
All kilometers and time will be calculated from garage to garage.
Additional Charges:
Toll fees, parking charges, border taxes, and permit charges will be billed at actual costs.
Outstation Duties:
For outstation trips, kilometers will be calculated on a calendar day basis.
Payment Terms:
Payment must be made within 15 days of the invoice submission.
GST Charges:
A 5% GST will be applied on the total bill. Rates are subject to adjustment in the event of fuel price changes.
Contract Agreement:
All other general terms and conditions will be outlined in the contract agreement.
Cancellation Charges:
If you cancel after the booking has been confirmed and the car has been dispatched, you will be charged for the kilometers driven up to that point.
